1. Booking and Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete passenger and contact details at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received as required.

2. Fares and Payment

• All fares quoted are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Fares are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
• We accept payment through the methods specified on our website (e.g., credit/debit cards).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations made more than [e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
• Cancellations made between [e.g., 48 hours] and [e.g., 12 hours] before departure will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than [e.g., 12 hours] before departure or "no-shows" are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Shaheen Express 99: We reserve the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, severe weather, government restrictions). In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Luggage

• Each passenger is allowed one standard-sized suitcase and one small carry-on bag free of charge.
• Excess or oversized luggage may be subject to an additional fee and must be declared at the time of booking.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to fragile, valuable, or prohibited items (e.g., electronics, jewelry, cash). Passengers are advised to keep such items with them.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• A valid government-issued ID (CNIC for Pakistani nationals, passport for foreign nationals) must be presented upon request.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
• Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle interior due to misuse or negligence.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Shaheen Express 99 shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, road closures, accidents, or severe weather conditions.
• Our liability for any claim of loss or damage shall be limited to the value of the ticket fare paid.

7. Changes to Booking

• Changes to travel dates or times are subject to availability and must be requested at least [e.g., 24 hours] in advance.
• An administration fee may be charged for changes made after the booking is confirmed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
